Process Waste Drains and Bio Waste Drainage Systems including Floor Drain Gullies, Channel Trench Drains and Rodding Eye Cleanouts are all customised to each project’s specification. We have a particular specialisation in Gas Tight Sealed Process Waste Drains, Firewater Containment Drains and Chemical Spill Containment Trench Drains.
Once the stainless steel drains have been installed, we work on Surface Protection for the cleanroom and corridor areas – including Stainless Steel Tubular Bump Rail, Wall Guards and Corner Guards.
Finally, we finish out the process areas with Stainless Steel Utility Stations and Fire Extinguisher Cabinets. We then supply the Changing Areas with Stainless Steel Stepover Benches, PPE Dispensers, Lockers, Shoe Storage and Gowning Cabinets.
On the largest projects in this sector, we design and manufacture Process Waste Tanks – such as Bio Waste Collection Tanks, CIP Storage Tanks, Atmospheric Storage Tanks and Firewater Containment Tanks.

Our full range includes Stainless Steel Hub Drainage, Deep Sump Floor Drains, Automatic Hazardous Chemical Spill Containment Drains, Firewater Containment Point Drains and Firewater Evacuation Drains.
These stainless steel Trench Drain Systems can be Single Contained or Double Contained to match up with Dual Skin Process Pipework. All are customised to suit pharmaceutical projects. Some specialised channel drains include sealed gas tight outlets which are used as pop up drains to evacuate or contain firewater or chemical/hazardous bio waste spills.
Bio Waste Collection Tanks, CIP Storage Tanks, Atmospheric Storage Tanks, Zoned Process Waste Tanks and Firewater Containment Tanks are all designed on SolidWorks and Revit where requested. Double Contained or Dual Skinned Stainless Steel Containment Tanks are also a specialisation. ASME IX coded welders are fully qualified and approved and Dye Pen Testing and Stress Analysis are all important features of the service we offer. In many cases these tanks are connected to our Single Contained and Double Contained Process Waste Drainage Systems
After stainless steel drainage installation, we design and manufacture stainless steel surface protection including Stainless Steel Corner Guards, Tubular Bump Rail, Stainless Steel Wall Guards and Stainless Steel Kerbing. The Kerbing can be Double Sided or Clip-On Single Sided.
To complete the Pharmaceutical Factory Project we manufacture bespoke stainless steel stepover benches – fixed and fold down types. Our Stainless Steel Utility Stations can be Recessed Open type of Closed Glass Door Utility Stations. Finally our Cabinets and Lockers range includes Stainless Steel Fire Extinguisher Cabinets, Chemical Storage Cabinets, PPE Dispensers, Stainless Steel Shoe Store Cabinets, Stainless Steel Printer Cabinets and Recessed and Freestanding Stainless Steel Lockers or Gowning Cabinets.
